Before submitting, please read these guidelines carefully to ensure that your manuscript meets all technical and ethical requirements.

Types of Manuscripts Accepted

AIJHRIS accepts the following article types:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Systematic Reviews & Meta-Analyses
  • Case Reports & Case Series
  • Short Communications
  • Letters to the Editor

 

General Submission Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal.
  • All authors must approve the final version.
  • Research involving human or animal subjects must have appropriate ethical clearance and informed consent.
  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.
  • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. AIJHRIS screens all submissions with Turnitin/iThenticate.

 Manuscript Preparation

A. File Format

Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) only.

B. Manuscript Structure
A complete submission includes:

  • Cover Letter

A brief statement of the article’s originality, significance, and that all authors approve submission.

  • Title Page (separate file)
  • Full title of the article
  • Names of all authors (full names)
  • Institutional affiliations and country
  • ORCID iDs (recommended)
  • Corresponding author’s full contact details (email, phone)
  • Main Manuscript File
  • Title (no author details)
  • Abstract: Structured (Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusion) — max 300 words.
  • Keywords: 4–6 keywords.
  • Main Text: IMRaD format — Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
  • References: APA 7th or Vancouver style (ensure consistent format).
  • Tables: Include editable tables at the end of the text.
  • Figures: High-resolution images in .jpg/.png, attached separately and cited in the text.
  • Ethical Approval Documents (if applicable)
  • IRB/IEC approval letter.
  • Patient consent (for case reports/images).
  • Referencing Style

AIJHRIS recommends APA 7th Edition or Vancouver referencing — use one style consistently.

Cite all sources accurately; verify DOIs where possible.

Plagiarism Policy

AIJHRIS has a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism and redundant publication.

All submissions are screened using Turnitin/iThenticate.

Manuscripts with more than 15% similarity (excluding references and standard phrases) will be returned to authors for revision or rejected.

Peer Review Process

AIJHRIS uses a double-blind peer review process.

Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts.

The average review decision timeline is 4–6 weeks.

Revisions may be requested to meet our scientific and ethical standards.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

No submission fees

No article processing charges — AIJHRIS is fully open access and supports barrier-free publishing.

Authors retain copyright.

All published articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing free distribution and reuse with proper citation.
